Hi. My name is Ashley Bryan.
I am honored you have made your way to my page.
I work from a Human First perspective.
For that reason, let me tell you a bit about
who I am personally.
I strive to be a down to earth, kind person - but I am also sometimes anxious and always imperfect. Alongside being a mental health therapist, I am a mom to 4 children. I enjoy coaching their sports and volunteering my time at their schools. I love reading, watching movies, attending concerts, football, and a great joke - usually the more ridiculous, the better.
As a therapist, you can expect me to truly work with you to learn who you are, what your story is, and how we can best push you forward to living your fullest life through empowerment and choice. I believe in the unique individualism of each client that sits in front of me and my goal is always to move along a path that is realistic and beneficial to who you are. I understand that mental health struggles can be challenging and the task of "improving" or "working on things" can be daunting during those times. This is why I want to meet you where you are at - to create real, long term and sustainable change and growth in your life.
In my space you will be validated, heard, and cared for. We will be equals, both offering our knowledge and perspectives to one another in order to gain clarity on what your needs are.
I promise authenticity, a laugh, maybe a cry, and a lot of hope to come from our
time spent together.
